GSK3B and colorectal cancer: According to Chen et al., due to the increase in miR-199a/b expression in cisplatin-resistant ALDHA1+ colorectal cancer stem cells, expression of GSK3B gene decrease whereas expression level of ABCG2 gene increase which is one of the lower target molecules of the Wnt signal pathway and is an important protein for drug resistance development (Chen et al., 2017[4]).
