We next assessed the prognostic value of PRKD1 expression in the different BC subtypes (TNBC, HR-/ERBB2+, HR+/ERBB2- and HR+/ERBB2+) and found that high PRKD1 mRNA levels were associated with a lower MFS in TNBC (p=0.010; Figure 1D) but not in HR-/ERBB2+, HR+/ERBB2- or HR+/ERBB2+ tumors (Supplementary Figure 2). The gene discussed is PRKD1; the disease is breast cancer.
