SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells co-cultured with CD4+ T-cells from breast cancer patients [45] primed with Class II HER2 peptides resulted in senescence and apoptosis of SK-BR-3 cells, evidenced by increased SA-β-gal staining (Figure 3A, 3B, p < 0.001) and p15INK4b and cleaved caspase-3 expression (Figure 3B, CD4+ - DC H, 3).
