Lung cancer patients with YDJC-high and CDC16-low stage 1, adenocarcinoma, and history of smoking showed higher HR value and improved p-value in overall survival compared to lung cancer patients with YDJC-high, stage 1, adenocarcinoma, and history of smoking (increase from 2.88 to 3.3 and decrease from 0.0049 to 0.0016) (Figure 7D). Here, CDC16 is linked to adenocarcinoma.
