In the last years, several groups have proposed different strategies to target the CRLF2 pathway in pediatric BCP-ALL such as T-cells engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) directed against CRLF2 [29], anti-CRLF2 monoclonal antibodies [30, 31] or, more recently, an epigenetic approach using an HDAC inhibitor [32]. Here, HDAC9 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
