Epstein–Barr virus (EBV)-encoded latent membrane protein 1 (EBV-LMP1) is closely associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) pathogenesis because it can trigger multiple cell signaling pathways that promote cell transformation, proliferation, immune escape, invasiveness, epigenetic modification, and metabolic reprogramming. Here, PDLIM7 is linked to nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
