Our results showed that SIRT1 overexpression significantly decreased NF-κB-p65 expression, p65 phosphorylation, and acetylation in RA-FLSs, supporting the view that SIRT1 serves as a master regulator of the NF-κB pathway, coordinating multiple downstream signals that collectively reduce synovial inflammation. The gene discussed is RELA; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
