The expression of PARP1, γH2AX, BRCA1, and BRCA2 were grouped as positive in 74% (26 of 35 of cases), 57% (20 of 35 of cases), 49% (17 of 35 of cases), and 46% (16 of 35 of cases) of osteosarcomas, respectively (Table 1). The gene discussed is BRCA2; the disease is osteosarcoma.
