GNRH1 and endometriosis: In another study of Chinese endometriosis patients that evaluated the timing of GnRH agonist administration (goserelin, 3.6 mg either 3–5 days post-operatively or on days 1–5 of menstruation) the authors reported that although the efficacy of treatment was equal in women with stage III-IV endometriosis, uterine bleeding over the course of the 28 day menstrual cycle was reduced in the former group [59].
