By immunoblotting, we found DARPP-32 ablation in A549 and H1650 human lung adenocarcinoma cells reduced the NF-ĸB2 p52 to p100 ratio, suggesting DARPP-32 positively regulates non-canonical NF-ĸB2 signaling (Supplementary Fig. 5a, b). This evidence concerns the gene PPP1R1B and lung adenocarcinoma.
