At day 7 after stroke, NDS and total beam breaks were not significantly different between the TAK1ΔM and control MCAo mice (p = 0.45, Fig. 5a, c), however, corner test scores were significantly lower (p = 0.033, Fig. 5b) in the TAK1ΔM MCAo as compared to WT MCAo mice, demonstrating a continued sensorimotor deficit in WT stroke mice that was ameliorated by myeloid TAK deletion.
