Here, to clarify whether the inhibition of CRT binding to the cytosolic tail of ITGAs would be effective in anti-inflammatory therapy for IBD patients, we attempted to find a potent chemical compound to inhibit this interaction and functions of leukocyte on the inflammatory conditions in vitro or in vivo, and to assess whether the treatment with compounds exerts protection in mouse models of IBD.
