After 24 h of incubation A. seyal extract was observed a significant cytotoxicity on different cancer cell lines with a more pronounced effect in estrogen receptor-positive cells (MCF-7, CC50 = 100 μg/mL), mouse mammary tumor cells (4T1, CC50 = 25 μg/mL), and human glioblastoma cells (SF-295, CC50 = 100 μg/mL). Here, ESR1 is linked to breast cancer.
