CD34 and autoimmune disease: We investigated whether the main clusters identified in these two analyses (i.e., pre G-CSF lymphocyte concentration and G-CSF responsiveness) differed with regard to donor age, gender, ethnicity, previous diseases (especially autoimmune diseases), G-CSF dose, peripheral blood and graft CD34+ cell concentration, donor yield, infused dose of CD34+ cells per kilogram to the patients and graft content of all identified cell subsets.
