We therefore generated Ln229 cells stably expressing fusion protein biosensors containing different p53 variants (Ln229-NRluc-p53wt-CRluc, Ln229-NRluc-p53Y220C-CRluc, Ln229-NRluc-p53G245S-CRluc, and Ln229-NRluc-p53R282W-CRluc), a reflection on mutations that are frequently found in glioblastoma (Y220C: ~3%, G245S: ~7%, and R282W: ~4%) [26]. Here, TP53 is linked to glioblastoma.
