Recently, it has been proposed that the expression of NAF-1 may act as a novel biomarker that is correlated with pelvic lymph node metastasis and prognosis in patients with early-stage cancer [10] and the overexpression of NAF-1 prevents human epithelial breast cancer cells from significantly reducing cell proliferation and tumor growth. Here, NAF1 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
