Our analysis revealed increased levels of proinflammatory and chemotactic cytokines (IL-36γ, TNFα, RANTES, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, IP-10), hematopoietic cytokines (Flt-3L, GM-CSF), adaptive immune response cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, sCD40L), and an anti-inflammatory cytokine (IL-10) in women with ICC, but not with precancerous lesions. The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
