The Kaplan–Meier curve and log-rank test analyses revealed that the increased E2F1/2/4/5/7/8 mRNA levels and the decreased E2F3/6 mRNA levels were significantly associated with the overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (FP), and post-progression survival (PPS) (p < 0.05) (Figure 5) of all of the patients with LC.
