In this study, we found that the expression of PRC1 in OLK and OSCC was independent of patient sex, age, and location of lesions (p > 0.05) while there was a positive correlation with the degree of epithelial dysplasia in OLK (p = 0.000) (Table 1), being significantly associated with poor differentiation, large tumor volume, lymph node metastasis and high-clinical stage in OSCC (p < 0.05) (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene PRC1 and intraepithelial neoplasia.
