The results showed that CD4+CD8+ T cells in cChD expressed higher levels of 2B4 (ρ<0.0001), CTLA-4 (ρ = 0.014), PD-1 (ρ = 0.0007) and TIM-3 (ρ<0.05) compared with HD. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and Huntington disease.
