TGFB1 and fatty liver disease: M2 KCs could produce TGF‐β and IL‐10,5, 32 which mediates immune tolerance in mice liver injury by down‐regulating the production of TNF‐α and IL‐12.12, 33 In addition, KCs M2 polarization contributes to the apoptosis of M1 KCs in fatty liver disease.34 These findings support our results that sFGL2 plays a protective role in AR of rat OLT via inducing KCs M2 polarization.
