Analysis of TMA showed that 65% tissues showed high eIF4G1 expression in grade 5 prostate tumor samples and 49% of the tissues have high eIF4G1 staining in grade 4 tumor samples while with grade 3 tumor sample eIF4G1 expression was more or less evenly distributed for low, moderate and high (Fig. 2a,b). The gene discussed is EIF4G1; the disease is prostate neoplasm.
