Through systematic analysis, our results demonstrated that high CXCL5 expression was associated with reduced OS in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (HR 1.91; 95% CI 1.31–2.78, p = 0.001) (Fig. 4a) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HR 1.87; 95% CI 1.55–2.27, p < 0.001) (Fig. 4b). Here, CXCL5 is linked to intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
