Our results showed that almost all of the PC-3 and DU 145 PCa cells are CD44+ (99.1% in DU145 and 99.9% in PC-3), while only a proportion of cells are CD44+CD51+ (60.2% in DU145 and 61.74% in PC-3) (Fig. 2e). The gene discussed is CD44; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
