The results showed that after 96 h of infection, the testosterone level in the culture supernatant of MLTC-1 cells with LV-calb2 infection was significantly increased (p < 0.001, Fig. 2A), while the progesterone level in the culture supernatant of R2C cells with LV-siRNA-calb2 infection was significantly decreased (p < 0.05, Fig. 2B).
