Data from PPISURV [25, 26] and GOBO [21] revealed that breast cancer patients with high expression of ABCB4 (P = 0.0242), CYP2C8 (P = 0.02028), UGT2B4 (P = 0.0181) or UGT2B17 (P = 0.00815) showed poorer survival than those with low expression (Fig. 3f-i). This evidence concerns the gene CYP2C8 and breast cancer.
