NPPB and hydrops fetalis: In multivariate analysis, age (p = 0.003), female sex (p = 0.002), urea (p < 0.001), Charlson comorbidity index (p = 0.008), NT-proBNP (p = 0.04), and ST2 (p < 0.001) remained significantly associated with the composite endpoint (Table 3); only female sex (p = 0.01), urea (p < 0.001), and ST2 (p = 0.001) remained significantly associated with HF-related rehospitalization (Additional file 3: Table S3).
