Thus far, many studies have found that Breg cells play an important role in malignant cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, esophageal cancer, ovarian cancer, tongue squamous cell carcinoma, and non-small cell lung carcinoma.[11–16] All the above findings indicate that the immunosuppression induced by Breg cells is mainly mediated through IL-10 secretion. This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
