This study aims to evaluate the relationship between dietary intake of antioxidant vitamins (A, C, and E) and minerals (Mg, Zn, and Cu) and two lipid ratios that are considered as potential metabolic markers of atherosclerosis (TC/HDL and Apo B/Apo A1 ratios) in a group of middle-aged women. This evidence concerns the gene APOB and atherosclerosis.
