CD274 and myeloid sarcoma: IL-27 has been shown to inhibit Th17 responses (5, 6), and induce IL-10 (7–9) and PD-L1 (10) expression in T cells, and has been shown to inhibit inflammation in animal models of autoimmune diseases (11, 12), including animal models of multiple sclerosis (MS) (9, 13, 14) and collagen-induced arthritis (15).
