Similarly, there is no significant correlation between other MTHFR C677T genotypes (CT, TT or CT&TT) and cervical cancer risk (OR:0.79, 95% CI:[0.41–1.53], P = 0.49), TT genotype (OR:0.65, 95% CI:[0.32–1.31], P = 0.23) and CT&TT genotypes (OR:0.73, 95% CI:[0.40–1.36], P = 0.32), respectively (Fig. 3b). Here, MTHFR is linked to cervical cancer.
