Furthermore, our study shows that overexpression of BRD7 in breast cancer cells exhibits the tumor suppressive effects that are assessed by cell viability, cell cycle, apoptosis, and xenograft tumor model, and restoring the expression of LDHA could reverse the inhibitory effect of BRD7 on cell proliferation, apoptosis, and tumor formation in breast cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo.
