S100P and cervical carcinoma: Three out of the 35 proteins (Figure 2) that were related to the network “DNA Replication, Recombination, and Repair” were significantly up-regulated (2log fold-change > 1) in both early and late stage cervical cancer and in the HeLa cell line compared to healthy epithelium (NF-κB complex, PLAA, POLD1, S100P and WDHD1), but were absent in the other two cell lines (U87 and HEK293).
