Based on the results from the statistical analysis on the correlations of CTLA-4 methylation with the expressions of related cytokines in MG patients, CTLA-4 methylation was found to be closely correlated with CTLA-4 serum levels and expressions of AchR-Ab, Titin-Ab, RyR-Ab, P-AchE, E-AchE, IL-2, IL-10, IFN-γ, and TGF-β (P < .05) (Table 5).
