FZD4 mRNA levels were upregulated in prostate tumor datasets but FZD4 silencing did not affect Wnt-11 activation of ATF-2-dependent transcription and FZD4 did not colocalize with Wnt-11, so FZD4 is unlikely to transduce Wnt-11 signals in prostate cancer. This evidence concerns the gene FZD4 and prostate neoplasm.
