At the same time, the mean ageof the EC and EH patients included in the study was similar to the mean age ofthe females in control subgroup 2 (54.3, 52.1, and 52.5 years, respectively).There were also no significant differences in PTENP1 methylationin subgroups of the main EC group, where patients were divided based on clinicaland pathological characteristics: age, disease stage, depth of tumor invasion intothe myometrium, differentiation degree of cancer cells, and tumor subtypes(Table 3).
