GNRH1 and Hypertension: The most common medications which are used fortreatment of female infertility are clomiphene, metformin,aromatase inhibitors like letrozole, human chorionicgonadotropins (hCG) like menotropin, dopamineagonists like bromocriptine and gonadotropin-releasinghormone (GnRH) agonists like leuprolide which is usedin GnRH protocol and consists of progesterone and estradiol.Among these, letrozole, leuprolide and estradiolcan induce hypertension with a prevalence rate of 5-8%(27-29),8% (30) and 3-7%(31), respectively.
