The result suggested the presence of a positive correlation between CNPY2 and AR target genes expression levels (KLK3: r = 0.5190, TMPRSS2: r = 0.5307) in these prostate cancer patient samples (Figure 5B), indicating that CNPY2 expression was positively correlated with AR expression and AR transcriptional activation in prostate cancer patients.
