FOXM1 and neoplasm: Using a TMA of 1009 samples, FoxM1 staining was interpretable in 975 spots and FoxM1 was found to be over-expressed in 79% (770/975) of cases and was found to be significantly associated with younger age (< 30 years) (p = 0.0172), poorly differentiated BC (p < 0.0001), mucinous histology (p < 0.0001) and TNBC (p < 0.0001), however, there was no association with tumor size, nodal involvement and metastasis (Table 1).
