Based on the molecular features and morphological characteristics of different subtypes of breast cancer cell lines published recently [29], we evaluated golgin-97 expression in five breast cell lines with different invasiveness potentials (MDA-MB-157 and MDA-MB-231 > MDA-MB-468 > MCF-7 and T47D) to further elucidate whether golgin-97 expression negatively correlates with breast cancer invasiveness. This evidence concerns the gene GOLGA1 and breast cancer.
