Due to the limited accuracy of any single index, several studies use multiple‐biomarker panels to elevate diagnostic accuracy, such as the miRNA panel established using miR‐16‐2, miR‐195, miR‐2861 and miR‐497 for cervical cancer detection.33 Likewise, a lncRNA panel consisting of lnc00152, CFLAR‐AS1 and POU3F3 was reportedly used for diagnosing oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma.34 The combination of three or more biomarkers can significantly elevate the diagnostic potential of blood‐based panels. This evidence concerns the gene CFLAR and cervical carcinoma.
