IL2 and neoplasm: Not surprisingly, the main functions were found to be related to the tumour microenvironment and tumour immune status, such as the negative regulation of cell activation, negative regulation of leukocyte activation, positive regulation of leukocyte activation, entry into other organisms involved in symbiotic interaction, negative regulation of transmembrane transport, positive regulation of response to DNA damage stimulus, and the interleukin-2 biosynthetic process (Fig. 3c,d).
