Indeed, we found that EPHB6 expression was significantly better preserved in TNBC tumours (Fig. 1d, e) and a similar trend was also observed in breast cancer cell lines, although it did not achieve a statistical significance there, most probably because EPHB6 levels became more variable in the absence of the selective pressure of tumour microenvironment (Supplementary Figure S1A). This evidence concerns the gene EPHB6 and breast cancer.
