EPHB6 and breast carcinoma: Indeed, we found that EPHB6 expression was significantly better preserved in TNBC tumours (Fig. 1d, e) and a similar trend was also observed in breast cancer cell lines, although it did not achieve a statistical significance there, most probably because EPHB6 levels became more variable in the absence of the selective pressure of tumour microenvironment (Supplementary Figure S1A).
