The results of the survival analysis, in which a death was only classified as an events if the cause of death was known to be ‘malignant neoplasm of breast’, yielded a similar pattern as the one observed for the cox model with overall survival, with N‐glycans GP5, GP8, GP10, GP23, GP38, and coreF displaying high hazard ratios (HR: ~ 2.0 ‐ 7.0) (Fig. S2). The gene discussed is GP5; the disease is breast neoplasm.
