Women with cancer but without any chemotherapy before ovarian stimulation (n = 49) were also started on higher doses of FSH (348.2 ± 163.9 IU vs. 289.0 ± 121.3 IU, p < 0.0001) and required significantly higher total FSH doses (2508.7 ± 1697.5 IU vs. 1839.2 ± 1294.7 IU, p < 0.0001) than women with no cancer. This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and cancer.
