Intriguingly, a strong positive correlation of the percentages of Vδ2+, Vδ2+Vγ9+, and IFN-γ+Vδ2+ cells in CD3+ T cells (and in γδ T cells) with Treg percentages in CD4+ T cells was found in HCs, whereas such a correlation was completely missing in our untreated MS patients.
