The results suggested that four key pathways (metabolic pathways, TNF signaling pathway, rRNA processing, and cytoplasm), the key gene ICAM1, three miRNAs (hsa-miR-7-5p, hsa-miR-433-3p, and hsa-miR-133b), and six TFs (ZBTB7A, OVOL1, GATA3, TFDP1, SMAD1, and QSOX) might play important roles in PD development. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and Parkinson disease.
