Regarding tumor control, univariate analysis showed that PS 2 at the time of nivolumab initiation (21% vs. 6%, p = 0.026), number of previous treatment lines (1 [1–2.5] vs. 1 [1–1], p = 0.017), presence of symptomatic brain metastases (13% vs. 2%, p = 0.010), use of systemic CS before first cycle of nivolumab (13% vs. 2%, p = 0.031), poor nutritional status with BMI < 18.5 kg/ m2 (13% vs. none, p = 0.011), albumin concentration < 30g/L (22% vs. 9%, p = 0.005) and ≥5% loss of weight (13% vs. 12%, p = 0.039) were significantly associated with progressive disease on nivolumab (Table 1).
