Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) was used to determine affinity and kinetics of binding between human TB‐PIGS and the high‐affinity receptor CD64 (FcγRI) or low‐affinity receptors CD16a and CD32a (FcγRIIIa and FcγRIIa) (FigureS2 and Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene FCGR3A and tuberculosis.
