Representative images of SLC35B4 immunostaining are shown in Figure 4A. We found a trend towards increased SLC35B4 expression with more aggressive forms of prostate cancer (P < .001, Figure 4B), and that up‐regulation of SLC35B4 was correlated with higher Gleason tumour scores (P = .048, Figure 4B). Here, SLC35B4 is linked to Familial prostate cancer.
